The Ordinary General Assembly of the EPTC convened, in the presence of His Excellency Minister Hisham Steit, Chairman of the UPA , following the resignation of Dr. Abu El-Fotouh El-Tawil, Chairman of the Board and Managing Director.

The Ordinary General Assembly accepted the resignation of Dr. Abu El-Fotouh El-Tawil and resolved to reconstitute the Board of Directors, appointing Dr. Walid Saada as Chairman and Managing Director.

The Ordinary General Assembly also expressed its gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Abu El-Fotouh El-Tawil for his service as Chairman of the Board, acknowledging the company's achievements and sales growth during his tenure.
